Numerot.hel.fi offers phone numbers for the City of Helsinki's departments, central switchboards, and key units. The service also provides the phone numbers of city employees, within the scope defined by each department.

You can search for individuals by name, organization, role, profession, or a phone number through the search bar.

You can view each department's numbers, listed by unit from the department-specific menu on the left side of the homepage. The information is organized alphabetically.

If you cannot find the name of the person or unit you're looking for, or if the person is unavailable, you may call the relevant department's switchboard, where you will be directed further.

The service is based on information from the city's telephone switchboard system. As a result, in all language versions, department and service names, as well as job titles, are in Finnish. The service is managed by the central administration, with each department responsible for its content.
